Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival & Outback Retreat
Meet your private guide on arrival at Ayers Rock Airport before the 3-hour journey to Kings Creek Station. Your retreat, the remote and secluded ‘Dreamtime Escarpment’, offers sweeping outback vistas ensuring complete privacy and an experience far removed from others. Unwind with sunset drinks and a guide-prepared dinner beneath endless desert skies. Overnight at Dreamtime Escarpment.
Day 2 – Kings Canyon & Cultural Insights
Start the day with a sunrise rim walk around the majestic Kings Canyon, where ancient sandstone walls cradle rare flora. View the expanses from Ginty’s Lookout, South to the Great Victoria Desert and West to the Gibson Desert. Optional flight over the George Gill Ranges or spend the afternoon at your leisure back at the exclusive outback property.
Day 3 – Journey to Longitude 131°
After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy the intimate Karrke Cultural Experience to gain insight into the traditions of the Luritja People. Travel in comfort across dune and salt pan country to Longitude 131°, Australia’s premier desert lodge. Settle into the tented pavilion with uninterrupted views of Uluru, then join a guided field excursion and take in the sunset’s golden glow accompanied by gourmet canapés and fine wines.
Day 4 – Immersive Red Centre Experiences
Delve into the lodge’s signature experiences: explore Walpa Gorge and Kata Tjuta, witness the ethereal Field of Light installation, toast the changing colours of Uluru at sunset, and dine under a canopy of stars at the renowned Table 131°, before retiring for the night.
Day 5 – Sunrise Farewell

What kind of vehicle will I be travelling in?
You will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4WD touring vehicle designed for Central Australian outback conditions.
Will I have phone reception while on tour?
Reception is available near major service centres in the region, but coverage in remote outback areas is limited. All touring vehicles carry a satellite phone for emergencies. This journey is a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the desert environment.
Can I smoke or drink in the vehicle?
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted inside the vehicle under Australian Government regulations. Alcohol is allowed at campsites and lodges, but guides may limit consumption for safety. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, and passengers carrying them or behaving unsafely may be removed from the tour without refund.
